I placed an order for a top on 31.10.22, but it never showed up. I sent two emails, my daughter reached out as well, and I even tried calling, but got no response at all.

"My order never showed up"
I never got my order. There was no way to reach out and nobody answered my many emails. It was terrible, and I won't be coming back. The issue only got sorted out after I filed a case with my bank - super disappointing.

I never got my order!! I've reached out to the company multiple times, but no one has ever responded!! I won't be using them again and definitely wouldn't suggest them to anyone!! What a terrible company!!

"My Experience with a Dress Order"
I placed an order for a dress and didn't get any updates from Bettie Vintage regarding my purchase. I tried reaching out multiple times through calls and emails to find out the status of my dress and my money. It wasn't until I posted a negative review online that my funds suddenly showed up back in my account! It's hard to believe it took this long for you to request a review too!

"STEER CLEAR"
Honestly, if I could rate this with no stars, I totally would. This company took my cash and hasn’t delivered the product I purchased. I’ve reached out several times but got nowhere. I’m planning to get in touch with trading standards. It’s just plain fraud. AVOID them at all costs.

You really ought to steer clear of this business, no joke! The dress I purchased on August 5th still hasn’t shown up, and I’ve received zero replies from them. I’m in the process of getting my money back through Paypal. I've seen that plenty of other folks have run into the same issue as I did.

"Disappointing Experience with My Dress Order"
Sadly, the dress I got was way too large and didn't align with the size guide measurements whatsoever. I returned it weeks back and still haven't heard anything from my emails. I had to go through PayPal to get my refund, but they said there was no return slip included, which caused the hold-up. Honestly, I wouldn't shop here again; it was a real hassle, and I had to rely on a third party to get any attention.

I never got my order and have been waiting for ages to get my money back! When they attempted to process a refund through PayPal, it showed that the payer canceled it. Here I am, months down the line, still fighting to reclaim my funds!!

"Avoid This Company at All Costs!"
Seriously, steer clear of this company! I returned my dress because it didn’t fit right and even tracked it with Royal Mail. Bette Vintage confirmed they got my return, but it’s been a month and still no refund! They’re not picking up calls or replying to emails—absolutely nothing! I’m appalled at how unprofessional they are! If they’re holding onto folks' money like this, they can’t be making much profit! I’m considering taking further action!

"Quick shipping and awesome deals"
I spotted a dress I loved on another website but thought I'd check out some other options. Turns out, I found that same dress here for a lot less! Placed my order and I'm super happy I did because the site was easy to navigate and the dress arrived in no time. I've now found a new favorite place for dresses and I'm really impressed with the variety of unique clothes they offer. I'd definitely buy from Bettie Vintage again without a doubt!
